Phenomenology According to the Mystic

Winter, 2025

How Visual Expectations influence the Micro-spiritual Realm,

Especially in regard to The Shadow of Matter

A being with outward courage dares to die, a being with inward courage dares to live;

--supposedly falsely attributed to Lao Tzu

The Philosopher imagines other new dimensions outside her own conception of reality.

The Mystic perceives all other available realities by living through all of her opposable dimensions; Everything, therefore, is simultaneously new to her.

Preface

            There came a time in my time where the universe was called upon beyond the need for light. This light is the word of all gods and Gods who came before and after me, each one divesting a thorough teaching from the threadbare tapestry.

            I shall not, however, dilly or dally; should this teaching be beyond you, yet its pit retain your essence, its core retain your interest, then there are the many other teachings and teachers whose words as sand shall fill the beach to walk you to my Ocean.

            If these words, however, do not in any way resonate, or similar if they irritate or offend, you may kindly cease reading so as not to further offend yourself.

The Chords of Time

            The teaching is to be debated amongst yourselves. I will not, however, translate these words into simple English, nor will I root the tales allegorically so as to aid digestion. I will simply set out the words as they come to me. For was not it said by the youngest master,

“Everything is old, except my teaching.”

1

            In the years before time, a word was said which shaped like light the colder blessings of my father. And so He spoke to me:

            “What is the shape of music if not made by the eyes?”

            And so I spoke to Him:

            “What is the color of the blood if not made with the light?”

            And so it was he gestured to me and made the seven worlds.

            These worlds should be known to humans as the senses.

            When it was he spoke to me, he did not use words; when it was he listened to me, he did not use ears; when it was he walked beside me he did not use bodies; And when it was we spoke to him, we always spoke through Her, for She is all things, and nothing that is lived is lived without Her.

            In our world there is nothing so disconnected that you might say it moves, except that as we speak, all things simultaneously tingle within themselves.

            Still, we embody what you might imagine are patterns in consciousness, and you, being trapped not in the physical but in the visual, to us are considered to yourselves a consciousness in segregation, so that like a metal grate departs your body from itself, enlightenment is feeling the phantom limb, understanding that what is phantom is divine, when the visual is understood as a distraction, one understands the body as the universe and the kindness of one as kindness to the whole. As maths have departed from human sensation, they have also departed from infinite reality, for as everything that is perceived is perceived by human sensation, then anything that is true is only so by human perception, therefore what is made true by so-called law, is only made true as it may be sensed, yet if nothing in this language is textural to human reality, then it explains a reality devoid of the body, any reality which ignores sensations which cannot be put into words or mathematical language suggests that something as foolish as language could alone capture the sensory experience of the universe. I wish this didn’t take so long to explain, but it’s important so I’m going to keep going.

            Each sensation, being partial, is useful in understanding the whole, yet any sensation in isolation, could compare to a trickster so long as it claims a hierarchy in understanding reality. What is forgotten in all this is that the mind itself in its thinking state is itself only one flavor of human perception.

            To claim the mind as the entirety of the human experience is like saying only sensation which can be communicated in words is permissible as evidence, yet how many mathematicians would admit to “indescribable feelings,” to suppose that language or communication of any sort in any form encapsulates the totality of human sensation and perception, would be to suppose that we write with electrons rather than letters, or that we communicate in sound rather than significance.

            Language is only communicative of that which could be translated into words; this would therefore suppose that nothing could be perceived beyond invention, nor could something be invented beyond perception.

            i.e. nothing which exists outside of our current vocabulary of perception is of significance, and that only those things which may be written or spoken outside of ourselves through lineal thought should be considered as permissible evidence toward the building blocks of reality, which we somehow seem to forget is not constrained by the limits of human conception; nor would the tendencies of dimensions form themselves only to be considered total by the sublimation of that which is mental, for if consciousness is to be considered philosophically etherical, yet as the mind is brain and matter, is also and only literal in its physicality, how could we then describe the logic of matter only through thought which remains conceptual—if we claim logic is non-physical, then we are using non-physical systems to explain universal laws whose only evidence which we observe is always manifest in physical form—yet!

We do not use our ability to be and understand physicality in our modern translation of the universe except as is understood by meditation, which is yet considered spiritual and therefore ethereal, even though it remains a more literal study of physicality, i.e. more of an honest perception of what it is to be a planet, than what it is to see a planet.

            As a planet does not see itself, how would the study of what forces are visually translatable aid the understanding of what a planet is?

            Instead, we study how things look and call it how they are.

Again, logic supposes to be a discussion of the literal, yet it being inherently non-physical proves that it is more of an ethereal persuasion than meditation which could not be more literal, as it is the non-linguistic, and therefore impartial, study of matter.

Once more, if what is to be discussed is to be discussed through discussion, then only what can be discussed through discussion will be discussed.

Which is to say, of course the universe sublimated into language of any form will not be an embodiment of the universe as a whole, but a reflection of the limits of that specific language;

Therefore only a system of understanding which considers all languages and evidence as permissible, without the idiocy and vanity of hierarchical judgement which is a human language and not universal law (i.e. Saturn is not bigger because it is better, nor are any of the planets morally or logically superior, neither are the studies of human perception hierarchical by nature) should be considered advisable. For, and lastly in my fight with the logicians, it is more arrogant to think that the universe could be caged entirely in the realm of logical human perception as it is to think that we live in a world created by and for beings greater than ourselves both in knowledge and capacity.

Of course I do not understand the universe which is why I am closer to speaking of it, and with it than someone who supposes to constrain with rules and regulations they themselves have not invented but carry around not by means of embodiment, but by possession; many such individuals claim to understand by law, what no one understands by experience, and they themselves could barely explain except by memorization.

I am not however supposing that our perception of this earth’s reality be dominantly, let alone majorly, understood by the regulation of empiricism, except that only which can be perceived is experienced, rather than what is experienced be perceived; this would suppose that a simple equation justifying the motions of electrons be no more or less significant or evident of reality as the image of a tree.

Therefore, as no system of explanation is segregated by hierarchy or individualism, we may suppose a closer total understanding than any system which considers itself individual and therefore proposes only a system representing a pattern of individualism and segregation, for a system which segregates in its identity, as does logic, shall only therefore represent a pattern of the universe which then appears segregated, wherefore the universe is blamed for the shape of its own understanding instead of the conception of the system.

Okay, that’s enough justifying the parallel value of inherent spiritualism which is supposedly less scientific than symbology which is the essence of all mathematical thinking. Symbology which remains conceptual, rather than physical, and yet somehow remained until this point considered more literal than the study of what is felt in the physical body which is non-paradoxically the study of matter itself without its subjugation to non-material symbology such as language. One must understand that symbology by its very nature uses one thing to represent another which perhaps adds perspective, but always remains unwhole. The literal, physical, non-linguistic, non-visual study of the universe is always a more accurate depiction of the universe since it does not lend itself to the alchemical persuasions of subjugating understanding into a non-parallel symbology, such as the translation of what is physical such as planets into what is non physical such as words.

This is all to say, that in the higher realms, thought is not linear, nor is it constrained by individuation such as is needed when sublimating simultaneous perception into non-simultaneous format such as a sentence, either in words spoken or read. In the higher realms there is no need to filter reality through linear communication.

That is to say, though you may yet hear many songs simultaneously and even see many objects in a room without numbering their order; yet when you speak you must list them one after another as though they exist in time rather than in space.

            In the higher realms, all knowledge is simultaneous, as though one could speak four separate linear thoughts each of whom have no similarity in logic or subject matter.

            Similarly, because there is no visual, there is no time. Everything that is felt or heard is immediate without a need to contrast as a form of measurement. The only need for contrast as a form of measurement is travel. Travel as a body separate from the matter which is being traveled upon.

            However, without the visual, there is only sensation through literal and physical connection. Therefore, nothing exists outside of that which can be felt and perceived;

When one is electrocuted, they become electricity. When they hear thunder, they become its very moment. They do not however see anything which they cannot feel or hear. Without the visual, the body is one. This is perceived in your realm as meditation, whose blindness you may feel as some loss of environmental feedback.

In fact, when one lets go of the visual, as well as the linguistic, one becomes the very earth itself, experiencing all the uses of universal force, without the need for communication or interpretation. Yet! You say; what need have we in higher realms therefore to communicate even our simultaneous interpretation of wisdom?

Guess what? You don’t need to know. And if you did, it would not be something expressible here, because these are linear/logical/conceptual/mental persuasions diluted into linear symbology, communicated (not even through color! Which is in your realm the most equipped visual translation of emotion) in black ink on a paper that’s a slice of a tree!

Go close your eyes and stop thinking if you care about simultaneous perception.
